Perhaps this year more than ever, there are a lot of questions surrounding the upcoming election in Pennsylvania. On Oct. 19, Spotlight PA hosted Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar to discuss how the state is planning for a fair and accurate vote.
